Terms of Use
The rules for accessing and using the CallBetter platform.
Last updated : June 29, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the CallBetter platform, which trains sales teams using simulated calls and automated feedback. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Legal information
The service is published by CallBetter, a SASU being incorporated, with its registered office in Paris (France). Publication director: Maxime Sasportas. Contact: maxime@callbetter.fr.
The application and website are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States); user data is hosted by Supabase within the European Union.
3. Access to the service
Access is by invitation, in a professional context: there is no public sign-up. Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
- share your account or circumvent security measures;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the platform;
- upload illegal content or data you are not entitled to use.
5. AI-generated content
Personas, simulations, scores and recommendations are produced by artificial intelligence systems, for training purposes. They are provided "as is", may contain inaccuracies, and do not constitute professional, legal or commercial advice.
6. Intellectual property
CallBetter retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain the rights to the data and content you provide, and grant us the right to process them solely to provide the service.
7. Subscription and payment
The service is offered on a subscription basis (per seat and/or plan), billed through our provider Stripe. Pricing, renewal and termination terms are those agreed upon at subscription.
8. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, CallBetter shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access in the event of a breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts, subject to mandatory rules of law. For any question, write to us at maxime@callbetter.fr.
